NEW VENDING EQUIPMENT PARTS WARRANTY LENGTH
The warranty period for new vending equipment varies by manufacturer. Please contact your Vending Machine Depot sales representative for specific information regarding the warranty duration for your vending equipment parts.
NEW VENDING EQUIPMENT PARTS REPLACEMENT
For any parts requiring replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty, Vending Machine Depot follows these guidelines:
- Replacement Process: A hold will be placed for the full cost of the replacement part on a supplied credit card.
- Shipping: The replacement part will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.
- Returning Faulty Parts: Customers must return the faulty part to the manufacturer within 30 days of receiving the replacement part. A tracking number must be provided to Vending Machine Depot as proof of return. Failure to return the part within the specified time will result in the customer being charged for the replacement.
- Shipping Terms: Replacement parts will not be expedited or overnighted under any circumstances.
TECHNICAL PHONE SUPPORT
We offer free technical phone support for one year with every vending equipment purchase. This support is exclusively available to the original purchaser of the vending equipment from Vending Machine Depot.
- Verification: Customers must provide proof of purchase and the machine's serial number when calling for support.

DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING
While shipping damage is rare, if a machine arrives damaged, the following steps must be taken:
- Refuse Shipment: The customer must refuse delivery and have the Bill of Lading marked “Refused due to major damage.”
- Claim Assistance: Contact Vending Machine Depot immediately so we can assist in processing a claim.
Important: Freight arrangements are made as a courtesy. Vending Machine Depot is not responsible for shipping damage, missing items, freight storage charges, or other actions by the freight carrier. Freight charges are non-refundable.
LOST FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
In the rare event of lost freight:
- A 5-business-day grace period is provided to allow the shipping company to locate the shipment.
- If the shipment is not recovered after this period, Vending Machine Depot will work with the customer on a case-by-case basis to provide the best resolution.
AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD
